We have enjoyed living in the penthouse apartment for twelve years. We find the location is ideal for all of the local amenities in Solihull and for access to road, rail and airport links. The apartment is in an excellent position within the building and offers views over the playing fields that mean you are surrounded by greenery, but still so close to the town centre.  

On sunny days, the balcony is a great space to sit and relax and the fact that it is not attached to other balconies but more private has always been a positive point for us. The light that enters the apartment was one of the reasons we were so enthusiastic about the property when we bought it from new. 

Inside the apartment, we enjoy entertaining in the spacious living area and having doors onto the balcony from each room has always seemed a luxury to us. An important aspect for us was security and being on the top floor of the building has meant we have felt safe and secure in our home. The underground car park also means parking is secure at all times too. 

We will be sad to leave our first home but we are now looking to move closer to family.

We have been advised that the property is LEASEHOLD for approximately 110 years unexpired and is subject to a current annual service charge of £1,800 paid half yearly and a current annual ground rent of £180,  also paid half yearly.
